Space, there oughta be a law
In space, there can be conflicts between nations or companies. You might differ on who can use a certain part of the moon for a moonbase, or about a desired orbit or damage to your satellite.

Space law is dominated by a handful of (rather old) international treaties. Court cases do not occur, since countries and companies mostly resolve any disputes in a reasonable way. Legal fighting is in nobody's best interest.
